Dear Residents,
As you may know, an incident occurred yesterday involving a non-age qualified guest of our community. In response to this, please know that we take these incidents very seriously. Being Tenants of The Spinney at Pond View, you must be in accordance with all conditions of the community’s Lease. Per Section 3(E) of the Lease,
“Temporary occupancy by guests of an Age-Qualified Family shall be permitted provided that such occupancy does not exceed thirty (30) days in any calendar year. You shall be responsible for registering the temporary occupancy of guests staying overnight with the Owner. If you fail to register guests, and/or the occupancy of Your temporary guests exceeds thirty (30) days in any calendar year, this Lease, at the option of the Owner, shall terminate.”
Please be assured that the incident is being handled, but if you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact the office. I will be onsite in the Welcome Center on Friday as well if you would like to speak in person.
