Super Bowl Party
Sunday, February 1^st, 4PM

Come join us to watch the Superbowl on the Welcome Center’s projector screen as the New England Patriots take on the Seattle Seahawks!  The game starts at 6:30PM, but the festivities start at 4!  Please bring your favorite game day snack to share, alongside your beverage of choice.  Sign-up sheet available in the Welcome Center.

Valentines’ Sweet Night
Friday, February 13^th, 6-8PM
We will be hosting a Valentines’ Day party in the Welcome Center that celebrates everyone’s sweet tooth.  Sign-up sheet available in the Welcome Center.

Bingo
Thursday, February 19^th, 6PM 
What more needs to be said?  Come join the fun at the Rensselaer Elks Lodge.  We will meet in the front parking lot of 2500 Pond View and will car pool to the Lodge.

Pizza/Movie Night
Saturday, February 21^st, 6PM 
Come enjoy a movie and pizza night in the Welcome Center!  The movie that will be shown will be announced by 2/16/15.  Please sign up in the Welcome Center for pizza and to let us know that you'll be attending!

January/February Birthday Celebration
Monday, February 23^rd, 6PM 
Everybody is welcome to join us! Refreshments and cake provided! Sign up in the Welcome Center to join in on the fun!

Computer Skills Class
Thursday, February 26^th, 6PM
Taught by our very own Michael Cattagio in your Welcome Center!  Come learn about the internet and computers, topped off with a lesson on how to utilize The Spinney at Pond View’s online resident portal for paying rent and submitting online maintenance requests!  Sign-up sheet available in the Welcome Center.

Albany Devils Tickets Available
We have 10 Albany Devil Tickets available.  These tickets are “flex” tickets and can be used for any game.  Visit http://www.thealbanydevils.com/schedule for game dates and times.  Inquire with the Welcome Center for available tickets – Tickets are first come first served!

Onsite Management Schedule
The monthly calendar will now state the days that Samantha will be onsite.  If you have any questions or concerns please come visit!  She will be on site starting at 9AM, and will be there for as long as her schedule allows.  If you need to make an appointment please just call the office ahead of time.  If anything changes, the change can be seen on the website and on the Welcome Center calendar.
