January 2017 Newsletter

Resident Directory
Resident, Linda Kospa, will be spearheading the effort of creating a new Community Directory.  If you would like to be a part of this, please provide your name, address and/or phone number to Linda Kospa by calling her at (518) 465-3282 or dropping your information off at her cottage (6 Antwerp Drive, #5).  The new Community Directory will only be distributed to those residents who choose to provide their information.

Tying Up of Dogs on Property
There have been reports of many dogs being tied up to front porches, posts, chairs, and the like throughout the community.  Per the Pet Lease that all pet owners sign with The Spinney at Pond View, pets (dogs and cats) must be controlled by their Owner at all times when outside of their cottages.  Please ensure that this rule is followed as to avoid any damage made to your cottage, keep your neighbors feeling safe, and keep your pet within the community.  Not abiding by this rule will result in rescinding of Pet Leases going forward.

Field Goods Pick-Up Location
Field Goods is a subscription-based service that delivers produce from small farms to consumers year-round.  With the Clubhouse as a pick-up location it would be the next best thing to fresh produce being dropped off at your doorstep!  The Clubhouse is set up as a pick-up location so if you’re interested sign up online!  For more information or to sign-up, please visit www.field-goods.com or pick up a flyer in the Clubhouse!
