Please be courteous of other residents when walking with pets or by yourselves behind the cottages of others. The backside of all cottages are main living dwellings and you may startle someone not expecting a neighbor in their backyard. Everyone greatly appreciates the courtesy so thank you in advance!

All skill levels welcome! Come learn how to swing dance from your neighbor, Tom, in the Welcome Center! Every week a new dance will be taught. Poodle skirts not required.
Town-Wide Garage Sale
Saturday, June 4th
Looking to clean out your closets or garage? Now’s the perfect time! Join in on the town-wide garage sale and make some money on the items you do not want anymore. For safety reasons throughout the community, The Spinney’s participation in this garage sale will take place in the parking lot of the Commercial Building located at 2500 Pond View. Please sign up in the Welcome Center.
Time Warner Digital Adapter Instal
Monday, June 6th
Time Warner Cable (TWC) is transitioning to 100% digital. If you have any TVs in your cottage which only have “standard basic cable” service (which is included in your rental agreement with The Spinney), TWC will be providing digital adapters for your TV(s). A representative from TWC will be at our property on Monday, June 6th to install digital adapters for those residents who have TVs with ONLY standard basic cable. Please stop by the Leasing Office to pick up a copy of an e-mail that was sent out to all residents if you did not receive it. This letter will provide more information about the change and how it affects you. If you have any questions, please call the Leasing Office at (518) 479-0800.
Bocce Game

Ready for some friendly competition in the neighborhood? Come play a game of bocce on the grassy island between Zeeland and Maastricht! The perfect summer game.
Wine and Cheese Tasting
Sunday, June 19th, 6:30PM
Join other residents and friends at The Spinney gazebo to taste wine and cheese together. Please bring a bottle of wine or some cheese to share with others.
May/June Birthday Celebration
Monday, June 27th, 6PM
Celebrate residents whose birthdays take place in May and June! Cake and drinks will be provided. Please sign up in the Welcome Center.
Annual Spinney Summer Barbecue

This year’s summer barbecue will take place at the Schodack Town Park again! Please bring an appetizer, salad or dessert and state what you will bring when signing up in the Welcome Center.
