Holiday Closings 

Thursday, December 24th, Friday, December 25th and Friday, January 1st  

The Spinney at Pond View offices will be closed to enjoy December holidays.  We hope that you enjoy with you and yours! 

Holiday Decorating Contest 

Embrace the season and decorate the porch of your cottage for a chance to win!  Please do not affix any decorations to the siding of your cottage.  If you have any questions regarding your decorations, please call the Leasing Office first.  Judging of decorations will occur on the 10th and the winners will be announced at the holiday party on the 20th! 

Capital Lights in the Park 

Saturday, December 12th, 7PM 

Cost: $15/person 

Enjoy Albany lit up for the holidays.  Money must be paid at the time of sign-up. 

Make Your Own Jewelry 

Monday, December 14th, 6PM 

*Cost will vary based on creation 

Have a great time making a holiday gift for a friend, family member, or for yourself!  Please sign-up in the Welcome Center.  The cost of your creation will vary based on the materials you use. 

Make a Holiday Centerpiece 

Wednesday, December 16th, 6:30PM 

Cost: $20/person 

All materials provided at the Welcome Center.  Please sign up and pay prior to class. 

Last of The Red Hot Lovers 

Friday, December 18th, 8PM 

Cost: $18/person 

Enjoy the fun at the Sand Lake Center for the Arts!  Sign up in the Welcome Center. 

Resident Holiday Party 

Sunday, December 20th, 6PM  

Cost: $10/person 

This year’s holiday party will be held at Paolo Lombardi’s Restaurant located at 104 West Sand Lake Road in Wynantskill.  Please pay at the time of sign-up. 

Caroling Through The Spinney 

Tuesday, December 22nd, 6:30PM 

Show your holiday spirit by caroling around the community. All singers welcomed! 

November/December Birthday Celebration 

Monday, December 28th, 6PM 

Celebrate your friends and neighbors with birthdays in November and December.  Please sign-up in the Welcome Center.
